We are a registered charitable trust dedicated to delivering quality healthcare to those who cannot afford it — particularly in neurological care and child developmental support.
Raj Bharti Medical Foundation (RBMF) was founded on 27 February 2023 by a team of medical professionals, social workers, and community leaders united by a common purpose: bridging the vast gap between medical expertise and communities that need it most.
Since our founding, we have served over 5,000 patients through free health camps, provided 48+ NCV neurological tests, and educated hundreds of families navigating the challenges of Autism (ASD) and ADHD — all completely free of charge.
We are headquartered at B-2/1, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and operate across the state through a growing network of doctors, volunteers, and partner hospitals.

Our Mission
To provide free and subsidised medical services, organise health awareness camps, educate parents of children with special needs, and build a compassionate healthcare ecosystem through community participation and corporate partnerships.
