We collect personal information that you provide voluntarily when you make a donation, register for a medical camp, register as a parent/guardian, or contact us. This includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, residential addresses, PAN card details (for tax certificates), and medical/health history (for assistance requests).

We use your information strictly to:
• Process donations and issue 80G tax receipts.
• Register and notify patients of free NCV/pediatric camp schedules.
• Coordinate parent education support groups.
• Respond to direct contact enquiries and feedback.

We implement secure technical protections to safeguard your data. Patient files and diagnostics are handled strictly by certified clinical staffs. We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Donation Refund Policy
Raj Bharti Medical Foundation relies on voluntary contributions to run free medical services. Donations made to the trust are generally non-refundable once processed.
However, in case of accidental duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts entered during billing, or unauthorized card transactions, the donor may request a refund.
Refund Request Timeline:
All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@rbmf.in within 7 working days of the transaction date. Please include the transaction ID, donor name, date, and amount.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original source account within 10 to 15 working days.
